Høvisch Crochet Bingo 2026

#hoevischhaeklebingo is a happening I first started in 2024.
I needed something concrete, and I needed a community.

I didn't manage to complete the album, as far as I remember 😂
But it got me started with crocheting during a difficult period. And I got several of my sweet followers on board with the idea too.

In 2025, I was invited to make another record from one of the participants from the previous year.
And now that it's in demand, I'll have to make another record 🫶🏼

Two years in a row, it's now a tradition.
This means that Crochet Bingo 2026 is already well underway!

What is Crochet Bingo?

Høvisch Crochet Bingo is my little crochet challenge that lasts all year long. It's about the joy of crocheting, sharing the craft, trying new things and being curious, while developing a community.

I have made one sheet with 9 boxes that we are all trying to cross off during 2026.

There are no rules that require you to finish the record, and there are no winners. It is an offer of coziness, fun and community. And that should be it all the way through.

New on the bingo board in 2026

This year I have made the bingo board so that there is room for pictures directly on the board. This means that it is easy to keep track of which fields have already been filled and which are missing.

The fields for Høvisch Crochet Bingo 2026

This year's board consists of 9 different challenges:

- Crochet somewhere you don't usually crochet
- Start a new crochet project
- Crochet in your least used color
- Crochet a leftover project
- Crochet the same project as your crochet partner
- Crochet with color change
- Crochet with only one stitch (no single crochets)
- Crochet with structure (e.g. bubbles, relief stitches, etc.)
- Crochet a project in one hour max.
