Digital Products — No Returns
All products sold at Høvisch Design are digital downloads (crochet patterns). By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately upon payment, and you therefore waive your right of withdrawal for digital content, in accordance with EU consumer law.
If you have not received your download link or experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact us immediately at kontakt@hoevischdesign.dk and we will resolve it promptly.
Complaints and Damaged Items
If you believe your order was incorrect or you experienced a technical issue, please contact us at kontakt@hoevischdesign.dk and we will find a solution.
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
