In general for my patterns, the hook size can be adjusted to match your own tension. Using different hooks may result in size variation, but this doesn't matter much as long as you are consistent.
Materials:
Crochet hook 3.0 mm, or adjusted to your tension
Cotton yarn 8/4, 170 m per 50g Warm yellow = 15g Off-white = 5g Light grey = 1g Black = 5g Light yellow = 80 cm Red = 80 cm
Foam block, 10 cm x 5 cm x 5 cm
Stuffing = 2g
