In general for my patterns, the hook size can be adjusted to match your own tension. Using different hooks may result in size variation, but this doesn't matter much as long as you are consistent.
Materials:
Crochet hook 3.0 mm, or adjusted to your tension
Cotton yarn 8/4, 170 m per 50g Black = 4g Red = 3.5g Yellow = 1g Nude = 5g Light grey = 4g Light grey/glitter = 0.4g
Lurex yarn, 350 m per 50g Silver = 170 cm
Stuffing = 8g

Abbreviations:
st = stitch
mr = magic ring
sc = single crochet
sl st = slip stitch
ch = chain
inc. = increase (2 stitches in the same stitch)
flo = front loop only
blo = back loop only
dec. = invisible decrease (insert hook in flo in the next 2 stitches, pull yarn through both loops)
ps = puff stitch (wrap yarn around hook 3 times to get 7 loops on hook, pull through all 7, then pull through last loop)
*–* x ? = repeat x number of times
