Crochet pattern — "Heart Teddy Bear"

The most delightful heart-shaped teddy bear / cushion in lovely soft yarn.
The hands are designed with a left and a right hand — making the bear feel even more lifelike and huggable.

Ideal as an extra cosy companion on a child's or teenager's bed, or as a loving gesture for someone who needs a hug — and honestly, don't we all sometimes?

Generally for my patterns, the hook size can be changed to fit your own gauge.
When using a different hook size than specified, there may be size variations compared to my figures, but this is of little importance as long as you are consistent in your choices.

Materials:

• Crochet hook 3.0, or according to your own gauge
• Soft cotton yarn — your choice of colour and weight
• Stuffing
• Needle
• Scissors

Abbreviations:

st = stitch
mr = magic ring
sc = single crochet
hdc = half double crochet
dc = double crochet
ch = chain
sl st = slip stitch
FLO = front loop only
BLO = back loop only
inv dec = invisible decrease (insert hook into FLO of next 2 sts, pull through and pull yarn through both loops)
inc = increase
*-* x ? = Repeat x number of times
(number) = total stitch count for the round
rnd = round
row = row
